                  IF the price is not more than double of your income
                  IF you plan to have your own house
                  IF you got spare money for decoration, taxes, emergency expenses

SHOULD RENT
                   IF the rental is cheap and will be long term in increase the rate
                   IF this is a short term stay
                   IF you need to spend all money to buy a house
